“If I didn't define myself for myself, I would be crunched into other people's fantasies for me and eaten alive.”
--Audre Lorde

Looking forward to the Free Universityon May Day, and wondering whether fellow New Yorkers might want to observe International Day against DRM on May 4 in some official manner?

Is there anything planned for
Is there anything planned for the day in NYC? Doesn't look like it from the map. I don't know if I can take another day that week for an event, but how about some righteous indignation-fueled blogging? I'll join you in that! I've run into a couple of DRM annoyances lately that while hardly earth-shattering have reminded me yet again of the evils of DRM.
Blogging
I think that would be one way to go for sure--I'd be happy to link and tweet out what you or anyone else writes, maybe more disappointing stories about DRM in action? (so many of those worth sharing)
