  • Zine from Kelsey, "Getting the Guts Out" (really nice!)
  • Ira Shor's Critical Teaching and Everyday Life has been rattling all my dreamy illusions about education, and feels so close to home and pertinent that I suspect someone is looking over my shoulder when I read it (especially on the train).

I've been taking it slow since it feels so important and close and critical of things that otherwise go untalked about (construction of community colleges for the working class and the disadvantages of over-saturation and degree mills). It's a little dated, but really interesting to compare what his thoughts were in 1980 vs. today
